Jeffrey Cole addressed key facts about the growth of digital media at "Digital Communications Literacy" in Qatar on February 9, 2010.  He spoke at the Qatar Telecommunications and Media Forum on February 10.  Both events were cosponsored by the International Institute of Communications and ictQatar.
