To what extent does Internet use help people enhance their productivity at work? According to our data from the last seven years, an increasing number say their work performance has improved as a result of their Internet use at work. In 2007, over two-thirds of those who use the Internet at work testified to the positive impact of the technology on their workplace performance and productivity. This is an increase from 57% in 2000. Only 5% of respondents in 2007 saw their work performance deteriorate due to Internet use at work.
